Introduction
Gripp, Inc (“Gripp”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) is committed to helping you understand how we manage and protect personal information.
This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) is provided to inform you of our policies and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your personal information is collected, shared, and processed.
This Privacy Notice is consistent with Gripp’s Global Data Privacy Statement. If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact us at privacy@gripp.ag.
The Organization Collecting Information at This Website
Gripp (collectively, the “Service”) is a web-based and mobile-based software application connecting equipment profiles to equipment owners, authorized service providers and manufacturers (collectively, the “Parties” or individually, a “Party”), who may contribute ongoing equipment information to the equipment profile. A Party may also be a “Client” of Gripp who is paying for the Service. The Parties may be contacted via in-app or push notifications, email or text communication regarding their equipment.
Gripp may also connect a Party’s service department or other departments to their internal colleagues, customers or other Parties via in-app or push notifications, text or email with real-time updates on the service status throughout the service event process. The Gripp platform also handles aspects of repair order management in a Party’s service department and can be integrated with other repair, work order, ERP, farm management and maintenance management systems.
Gripp may also connect equipment manufacturers to their dealers, service providers and equipment owners through in-app or push notifications, text or email communications making manufacturer product information updates available.
Our products and services include Gripp. We operate and own the websites (the “Sites”) located at:
