Referral Program
Gripp may offer a referral program that allows existing customers (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by referring new customers (“Referred Customers”) to Gripp. To be eligible, Referrers must be active, paying Gripp customers at the time of referral. Referred Customers must be new to Gripp and not previously registered, engaged, or in active discussions with Gripp.
Referrals must be submitted through Gripp’s designated referral process, including use of a personal referral link or referral form. A referral is considered successful only when the Referred Customer becomes a paying Gripp customer and remains active and in good standing for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months.
Unless otherwise stated, the referral reward consists of a cash payment equal to three (3) months of the Referred Customer’s subscription fees, based on the subscription plan in effect at the time the Referred Customer qualifies. Subscription fees exclude discounts, credits, taxes, refunds, and one-time charges. Referral rewards are issued after the qualification period has been met, are non-transferable, and may be subject to applicable taxes.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may submit; however, Gripp reserves the right to review, withhold, adjust, or revoke referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or other attempts to manipulate the referral program. Referral rewards may be forfeited if the Referrer’s account is no longer active at the time the reward is issued.
Gripp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, including changes to eligibility requirements, reward structure, or qualification criteria. All referral determinations made by Gripp are final.
